Mr. Krongold has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years and has concentrated in the areas of Corporate and Real Estate Law and Wills, Trusts & Estates.

In the area of Corporate Law, Mr. Krongold has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, a broad range of business agreements, strategic planning, business organizations, equipment leasing and corporate finance. He has represented both family owned and closely held companies.

In the area of Real Estate Law, Mr. Krongold has substantial experience in the acquisition and sale of both residential and commercial properties, real estate financing and leasing.

Mr. Krongold's substantial experience in the estate area includes estate planning, administration of trusts and estates ranging from small estates to estates with assets in eight figures.
